About features of legal status of economic societies with the status of the international company
Due to the unfriendly and contradicting international law actions of some foreign states directed on illegal deprivation of the Russian Federation, the Russian legal entities and physical persons of the property right and (or) restriction of their property right which are expressed including in hindrance of redomitsilyation of foreign legal entities on the territory of the Russian Federation, and according to article 4.2 of the Federal Law of June 4, 2018 "About corrective actions (counteraction) on unfriendly actions of the United States of America and other foreign states" I decide No. 127-FZ:
1. Determine that concerning the economic societies with the status of the international company according to the list according to appendix which received this status in connection with change by foreign legal entities of the personal law according to the procedure of redomitsilyation the requirement about exception of such foreign legal entities of the register of foreign legal entities provided by the Federal Law of August 3, 2018 No. 290-FZ "About the international companies and the international funds" in the state or in the territory of their personal law is considered observed, having taken into account that to the specified foreign legal entities it is unreasonable or it is owing to circumstances refused such exception, despite timely making by them of actions (adoption of necessary decisions) necessary for this purpose.
2. Modification of the list of economic societies with the status of the international company, the stipulated in Item 1 this Decree, is performed by the President of the Russian Federation on representation of the Government of the Russian Federation.
3. This Decree becomes effective from the date of its signing.
