About modification of the Presidential decree of the Russian Federation of June 30, 2022 No. 416 "About application of special economic measures in the fuel and energy sphere in connection with unfriendly actions of some foreign states and the international organizations"

1. Bring in the Presidential decree of the Russian Federation of June 30, 2022 No. 416 "About application of special economic measures in the fuel and energy sphere in connection with unfriendly actions of some foreign states and the international organizations" (The Russian Federation Code, 2022, No. 27, of the Art. 4815) change, having stated the subitem "z" of Item 1 in the following edition:

"h) the share in the authorized capital of society which transfer according to subitems "e" and "zh" of this Item was not performed to the shareholder of the Company is subject to assessment and sale by the Government of the Russian Federation. Sale of such share is performed in the procedure established by the Government of the Russian Federation to the Russian legal entity corresponding to the criteria determined by this procedure;".

2. To the government of the Russian Federation to bring the acts into accord with this Decree.

3. This Decree becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
