About modification of the Presidential decree of the Kyrgyz Republic "About questions of the National agency on investments in case of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic" of April 15, 2022 No. 115

1. Bring in the Presidential decree of the Kyrgyz Republic "About questions of the National agency on investments in case of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic" of April 15, 2022 No. 115 the following changes:

in Regulations on the National agency on investments in case of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic approved by the above-named Decree:

- add with Item 5-1 of the following content:

"5-1. The national agency according to the decision of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic performs powers of the shareholder (participant) in economic societies in which there are stocks (shares) in the authorized capital owned by the state.";

- add Item 14 with the paragraph third the following content:

"-make offers on candidates for election in governing bodies of economic societies in which acts as the shareholder (participant) on behalf of the state;".

2. To the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic and National investments agency in case of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic to bring the decisions into accord with this Decree.

3. To impose control of execution of this Decree on management of control of execution of decisions of the President and the Presidential Administration Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic.

4. This Decree is subject to official publication and becomes effective since November 20, 2023.
