About modification of some orders of the Government (realization of budget tax policy)

1. In appendices No. 1 and 2 to the Order of the Government No. 998/2003 about activities of service for collection of the local taxes and charges as a part of primeriya (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2003, No. 191 – 195, Art. 1059), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes:

1) in appendix No. 1:

a) add item 4 with the subitem g) the following content:

"g) collection for objects of trade and/or objects for rendering services in case of the physical persons performing independent activities except provided in Items g) and g 1) of article 295 of the Tax Code No. 1163/1997.";

b) state Item 6 in the following edition:

"6. The State Tax Service directs activities of services for collection of the local taxes and charges and checks accomplishment of functions of tax administration.".

2) in appendix No. 2:
