No. 247-251, 752), with subsequent changes, DECIDES: the Government

In the Order of the Government No. 78/1994 about procedure for calculation of length of service, appointment and pension payment and benefits to military personnel and persons of the commanding and ordinary structure of law-enforcement bodies, to employees of the National center for fight against corruption and government employees with special status as a part of system of penitentiary administration (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 1994, No. 2, of the Art. 50), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes:

1) in the subitem b) Item 2 "but no more average monthly level provided for military personnel and persons of the commanding structure of the ministry from where they were recalled" to exclude the text;

2) in Item 8:

the subitem a) to add with the paragraph of the following content:

"time of accomplishment of functional obligations on the joint check point Novosavitskaya – Kuchurgan for rail transport in the territory of Ukraine for obsidional and warlike situation";

in the subitem c):
