1. Reorganize the public organization "State University of Moldova" (accepting the legal entity) by merging (accession) with public organization "State University of Physical Training and Sport" (the joining legal entity).

The rights and obligations of public organization "State University of Physical Training and Sport" (the joining legal entity) pass in full to public organization "State University of Moldova" (the accepting legal entity), including the rights and obligations connected with property management (property) of the attached organization.

3. To the Ministry of Education and Research together with the reorganized institutions of higher education in 15-day time to create the commission on cession of property and in 30-day time to provide cession of property according to the Regulations on procedure for transfer of objects of public property approved by the Order of the Government
