About introduction of amendments to the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic "On regulation of questions of legal status of compatriots with foreign citizenship" of October 8, 2021 No. 203

For the purpose of realization of tasks on improvement of quality and availability of the state services rendered to citizens and legal entities according to articles 13, of the 17th constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:

1. Bring in the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic "On regulation of questions of legal status of compatriots with foreign citizenship" of October 8, 2021 No. 203 the following changes:

in Regulations on the procedure for assignment, exchange, the termination and deprivation of the status of the compatriot with foreign citizenship approved by the above-stated resolution:

- paragraphs the fourth, fifth Item 11 to state in the following edition:

"-the certificate of lack of criminal record of the foreign citizen in the territory of the state which citizen he is (except for the children who did not reach 14-year age);

- the certificate of lack of criminal record in the territory of the Kyrgyz Republic (except for the children who did not reach 14-year age) (it is requested by the responsible of territorial subdivision, TsON or foreign institution of the Kyrgyz Republic from the authorized state body knowing questions of internal affairs by means of the interdepartmental electronic Tunduk system);";

- the paragraph one of Item 24 to state in the following edition:

"24. After production the adequate notice about readiness of Meken-kart goes to the petitioning person to its e-mail.".

2. This resolution becomes effective after ten days from the date of official publication.
