About modification of the Regulations on procedure for making of pardon
1. Bring in Regulations on procedure for making of the pardon approved by the Presidential decree of Ukraine of April 21, 2015 No. 223/2015 (with the changes made by Decrees of May 14, 2016 No. 211/2016, of August 21, 2019 No. 615/2019 and of August 20, 2021 No. 373/2021), the following changes:
The second item 4 of the word "at least twenty years" shall be replaced with words 1) in the paragraph "at least fifteen years";
The word "chairman" shall be replaced with words 2) in Item 11 "presiding over meeting".
2. This Decree becomes effective from the date of its publication.
