About modification of the Decision of Council of the Eurasian economic commission of December 5, 2018 No. 98

1. In Item 2 of the Decision of Council of the Eurasian economic commission of December 5, 2018 "About the technical regulation of the Eurasian Economic Union "About safety of alcoholic products" the words "since January 1, 2024." shall be replaced with words No. 98 "since July 1, 2024".

2. Ask the Government of the Russian Federation to provide:

a) no later than 4 months from the effective date this Decision together with the governments of other state members of the Eurasian Economic Union (further - state members) taking into account Item 41 of the Procedure for development, acceptance, change and cancellation of technical regulations of the Eurasian Economic Union approved by the Decision of Council of the Eurasian economic commission of June 20, 2012 No. 48, development and approval following the results of interstate approval in state members according to Item 46 of the specified Procedure for the project of changes in the technical regulation of the Eurasian Economic Union "About safety of alcoholic products" (TR EEU 047/2018) regarding changes of technical nature, including exception of editorial mistakes, and also the separate provisions concerning assessment of conformity of alcoholic products, marking, refining of identification indicators of alcoholic products for acceptance in accordance with the established procedure for the purpose of execution of Item 2 of the Decision of Council of the Eurasian economic commission of October 30, 2020 No. 102;
