About modification of the Regulations on passing by citizens of Ukraine of military service in the State Border Service of Ukraine

1. Bring in Regulations on passing by citizens of Ukraine of military service in the State Border Service of Ukraine, No. 1115/2009 approved by the Presidential decree of Ukraine of December 29, 2009 (with the changes made by Decrees of August 17, 2017 No. 219/2017, of September 3, 2020 No. 372/2020 and of September 27, 2021 No. 484/2021), the following changes:

Item 56 after the paragraph of the eighth to add 1) with the new paragraph of the following content:

"During action of warlike situation or repulse of the armed aggression against Ukraine by the serviceman of ordinary, sergeant, foreman and younger officers ahead of schedule the second time for the entire period of passing of military service as encouragement can be given the next military rank, but not earlier than in six months from the date of assignment of the previous military rank and on condition of passing of military service on position on which the military rank corresponds to the next military rank or is the highest".
