Article 1. Bring in the Code of civil procedure of the Republic of Tajikistan accepted by the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan of January 5, 2008 (Akhbori of Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan, 2008, No. 1, h 1, the Art. 6, Art. 7; 2010, No. 1, Art. 6; 2012, No. 7, Art. 721; 2014, No. 7, h 1, Art. 388, No. 12, Art. 821; 2015, No. 11, Art. 953; 2016, No. 5, Art. 360; 2018, No. 1, Art. 6; 2019, No. 1, Art. 6, No. 6, Art. 314; 2020, No. 7-9, of Art. 603; The Law of the Republic of Tajikistan of December 23, 2021, No. 1817), the following changes and amendments:

1. The paragraph of the eighth article 124 after words "the debtor according to the decision," to add with words "expenses on making of executive actions,".

2. In Article 210:

- to add the name of Article after the word "actions" with the words "or to refrain from making of certain actions";

- add with part 3 following of content:

"3. In case of decision, the binding defendant to refrain from making of certain actions, the court in the decision shall specify that the defendant from what making of certain actions shall refrain.".

3. To add part 1 of Article 367 with the paragraph the seventh the following content:

"-specifying about earlier suspended execution of the court ruling;".

4. Add Article 370 with part 3 following of content:

"3. Suspension of execution of the court ruling in supervising instance is allowed no more once by judges of the Gorno-Badakhshan Autonomous Region, areas, the city of Dushanbe and chairmen of data of courts, the judge of the Supreme Court, vice-chairmen of the Supreme Court, the Chairman of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Tajikistan.".
