Article 1. Bring in the Code of civil procedure of the Republic of Tajikistan accepted by the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan of January 5, 2008 (Akhbori of Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan, 2008, No. 1, h 1, the Art. 6, Art. 7; 2010, No. 1, Art. 6; 2012, No. 7, Art. 721; 2014, No. 7, h 1, Art. 388, No. 12, Art. 821; 2015, No. 11, Art. 953; 2016, No. 5, Art. 360; 2018, No. 1, Art. 6; 2019, No. 1, Art. 6, No. 6, Art. 314; 2020, No. 7-9, of Art. 603; The Law of the Republic of Tajikistan of December 23, 2021, No. 1817), the following amendments:

1. To add part 7 of article 11 after the words "other persons participating in case" with the words "representatives of the organizations".

2. Add Article 199 with part 3 following of content:

"3. After announcement of the decision the chairman with the consent of participants of legal procedure resolves issue of placement of the decision after the introduction it in legal force on the website of the relevant court. About it the mark in the protocol of judicial session becomes.".

3. To add part 2 of Article 234 with the fifteenth paragraph of the following content:
