About modification and amendments in the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "About judicial authorities of the Republic of Tajikistan"

Article 1. Bring in the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "About judicial authorities of the Republic of Tajikistan" of April 20, 2021 (Akhbori of Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan, 2021, No. 4, the Art. 193) the following changes and amendments:

1. To state the name of Article 9 in the following edition:

"Article 9. State notariate".

2. In Article 30:

- to add the name and parts 1 and 2 after words of "managerial personnel" with the words "and other employees";

- state part 3 in the following edition:

"3. Movement (rotation) of the managerial personnel of judicial authorities is performed according to the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "About public service".";

- add with part 4 following of content:

"4. The procedure for movement (rotation) for other staff of judicial authorities is determined by the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan.".
