1. Regarding 1 article 93 of figure "527(4)" to replace with figures "527(5)".
2. State Article 238 in the following edition:
"Article 238. Execution of the order of confiscation of the objects which are the tool of making of administrative offense or its direct object
1. The order of confiscation of the objects which are the tool of making or direct object of administrative offense is performed by the subjects which revealed administrative offense according to requirements of this Article.
2. The money, securities, precious metals, gemstones and other similar condemned property which are the tool of making of administrative offense or its direct object are transferred to financial body, except for the property specified in part 3 of this Article.
3. The real estate, vehicles, technical means, foodstuff and industrial output, construction materials, fuels and lubricants, similar condemned property which are the tool of making of administrative offense or its direct object are transferred to governing body of state-owned property.
