Article 1. Bring in the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "About appeals of physical persons and legal entities" of July 23, 2016 (Akhbori of Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan, 2016, No. 7, the Art. 617) the following change and amendment:

1. From part 2 of Article 13 the word of "minors" to exclude.

2. Add with Article 13 (1) the following content:

"Article 13 (1). Features of giving and consideration of the address of minors

1. Minors which can independently express the opinion have the right to address personally concerning observance of the rights, freedoms and legitimate interests to relevant organs and the organizations. For the benefit of minors their legal representatives, guardianship and custody bodies and other authorized bodies can also address.

2. Minors in case of the address have the right freely and without any impact from bodies, the organizations and other persons to express the opinion.

3. In necessary cases consideration by relevant organs and organizations of the address of minors is performed with participation of legal representatives of minors, and also guardianship and custody bodies.".
