Article 1. Bring in the Constitutional law of the Republic of Tajikistan "About elections of deputies to local Majlises of People's Deputies" of December 10, 1999 (Akhbori of Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan, 1999, No. 12, Art. 298; 2007, No. 5, Art. 353; 2012, No. 8, Art. 813; 2014, No. 7, h 1, Art. 383, No. 11, Art. 640; 2017, No. 5, h 1, Art. 269; 2019, No. 7, Art. 461) following changes and amendments:
1. In all text of the Constitutional law of the word "this Law" and "this Law" respectively shall be replaced with words "this Constitutional law" and "this Constitutional law".
2. The thirteenth articles 11 after the word "actions" to add the paragraph with the word of "(failure to act)".
3. In part four of Article 17 of the word "bodies of public associations" shall be replaced with words "public associations".
4. In the name of Article 21 shall be replaced with words the word "abnormalities" "mistakes and inaccuracies".
5. In Article 24:
- state part one in the following edition:
"The right to promotion of candidates of local Majlises of People's Deputies of the Gorno-Badakhshan Autonomous Region, area, city of Dushanbe, city and area belongs to the political parties registered by the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tajikistan and also citizens by self-promotion. Political parties have the right to push in deputies of local Majlises of People's Deputies of persons which are not members of political parties.";
