About modification of some legal acts of Ukraine concerning appointment and payment of the one-time monetary assistance
The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:
I. Make changes to such legal acts of Ukraine:
1. in the Code of civil protection of Ukraine (The sheet of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2013, Art. No. 34-35, 458):
1) in Article 118:
after part two to add with new part of the following content:
"3. The face of the private and the commanding structure of service of civil protection has the right to constitute in written any form the personal order on case of the death (death) about payment of the one-time monetary assistance to person (persons) for its choice, having determined the size of share of such persons as a percentage (further - the personal order).
Authenticity of the signature on the personal order is certified by the head of body or division of civil protection or the notary.
The original of the personal order is stored in the personal record of face of the private and the commanding structure of service of civil protection which constituted it.
The procedure and terms of transfer by the Face of the private and the commanding structure of service of civil protection of the original of the personal order to the head of body or division of civil protection for storage in the personal record are determined by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine.
The face of the private and the commanding structure of service of civil protection has the right at any time to cancel the personal order or to constitute new.
Each new personal order cancels validity of the previous personal order.
It is forbidden to disclose contents of the personal order before factual determination of death (death) of person which constituted it".
With respect thereto third to consider part part four;
the fourth to state part in the following edition:
"4. The procedure for appointment and payment of the one-time monetary assistance is determined by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine";
