No. 1-2, in the following edition:
"Bodies and the organizations, and also their officials, representatives to make decisions, in case of permission of the questions infringing on interests of the child shall consider opinion of the child who can independently express the opinion irrespective of the age and make decisions proceeding from the best interests of the child.".
