Article 1. Bring in the Family code of the Republic of Tajikistan accepted by the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan of November 13, 1998 (Akhbori of Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan, 1998, No. 22, the Art. 303, Art. 304; 2006, No. 4, Art. 196; 2008, No. 3, Art. 201; 2010, No. 7, Art. 546; 2011, No. 3, Art. 177, No. 12, Art. 855; 2013, No. 3, Art. 195; 2015, No. 11, Art. 960; 2016, No. 3, Art. 143, No. 11, Art. 881; 2017, No. 1-2, of the Art. 18), following amendments:

1. To add part 1 of Article 127 with the paragraph the fourth the following content:

2. Add Article 145 with the paragraph the sixth the following content:
