About modification and amendments in some resolutions of the Plenum of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Uzbekistan and the Plenum of the Supreme Economic Court of the Republic of Uzbekistan

Make changes and additions to the following resolutions of the Plenum of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Uzbekistan and the Plenum of the Supreme Economic Court of the Republic of Uzbekistan:

1. The resolution of the Plenum of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Uzbekistan and the Plenum of the Supreme Economic Court of the Republic of Uzbekistan of December 20, 1996 No. 1/60 "About judicial authority":

to state paragraph two of Item 1 in the following edition:

"According to article 138 of the Constitution of the Republic of Uzbekistan acts of judicial authority are obligatory for all state bodies and other organizations, officials and citizens";

the paragraph one of Item 2 to state in the following edition:

"Proceeding from sense of part two of article 55 of the Constitution of the Republic of Uzbekistan courts are competent to resolve any question having nature of legal dispute, including the claim to illegal decisions, actions and failure to act of state bodies, other organizations and their officials";

in Item 6 of the word "with article 26 of the Constitution" shall be replaced with words "with article 28 of the Constitution of the Republic of Uzbekistan";

in Item 13 of the word of "article 53 of the Constitution" shall be replaced with words "article 65 of the Constitution of the Republic of Uzbekistan".
