About introduction of amendments to the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About fire safety"

Article 1.

Bring in the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About fire safety" (the newspaper of "Erkin-limited liability partnership" of December 16, 2022 No. 110) the following changes:

Shall be replaced with words 1) in Item 9 of Article 3 of the word "examination of the project documentation on fire safety" "fire investigation of the project documentation";

2) in Article 14:

a) state Items 10 and 11 in the following edition:

"10) issue in case of the address to physical persons and legal entities of the conclusion on materials, installations, the equipment, automatic fire-proof systems of the operated buildings and constructions about compliance to requirements of regulations and fire safety regulations, and also on the happened fires;

11) conducting fire investigation of the project documentation;";

b) add Article with Items 14, 15 and 16 following contents:

"14) testing, research of construction materials, designs and subjects to protection on indicators of fire risk;

15) licensing of activities in the field of ensuring fire safety;

16) control and supervision of execution of the project documentation which passed in accordance with the established procedure fire investigation.";

To "physical persons and legal entities" shall be replaced with words 3) in Item 3 of Article 16 of the word "on official, physical persons and legal entities";

Paragraph two of Article 24 to state 4) in the following edition:

"Compensation of damage in case of death or mutilation of the military personnel and employees of authorized state body in the field of fire safety is performed according to the legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic in the field of compulsory insurance.".

Article 2.

This Law becomes effective after ten days from the date of official publication.
