About modification and amendments in the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "About liquidation of credit institutions"

Article 1. Bring in the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "About liquidation of credit institutions" of June 28, 2011 (Akhbori of Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan, 2011, No. 6, Art. 432; 2012, No. 7, Art. 701; 2018, No. 7-8, of Art. 533; 2023, Art. No. 1-3, 14) following changes and amendments:

1. To state preamble of the Law in the following edition:

"This Law establishes legal, organizational and economic basis of implementation of process of voluntary and involuntary liquidation, including process of bankruptcy of credit institutions.".

2. The paragraph of the sixth article 3 after words of "credit institution" to add with the words "and also appraisers".

3. To add part 7 of article 6 after the words "other bases" with words ", established by the legislation of the Republic of Tajikistan".

4." (Decisions, resolutions, determinations, etc.)" to exclude from the paragraph of the seventh of part 1 of Article 13 of the word.

Article 2. Enact this Law after its official publication.
