In recent years in the country measures for expansion of possibility of access for citizens to justice and appeals by them in court of illegal decisions, actions (failure to act) of state bodies and other organizations, their officials are performed.
At the same time for the purpose of realization of regulation of the Constitution of the Republic of Uzbekistan in the new edition guaranteeing everyone judicial protection of its rights and freedoms, the appeal right in court of illegal decisions, actions (failure to act) of state bodies and other organizations, their officials there is need of further expansion of opportunities of the appeal to administrative courts, and also simplifications of appellate procedure of illegal decisions, actions (failure to act) of state bodies and other organizations, their officials.
In this regard the changes and additions providing procedure for collection of the state fee from party at fault by results of consideration of the case without preliminary collection of the state fee from citizens in case of the appeal to administrative courts on decisions, actions (failure to act) of state bodies and other organizations, their officials, and also the change providing decrease in the size of the specified rate of the state fee are made to the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "About the state fee".
This Law will serve ensuring protection of the rights and legitimate interests of citizens judicially, to expansion of possibility of access for citizens to justice and appeal as them in administrative courts of illegal decisions, actions (failure to act) of state bodies and other organizations, their officials.
