In recent years in our country within the undertaken administrative reforms the system of public administration in the field of agricultural industry and food security, and also in the field of national defense industry is enhanced, the priority directions of the effective organization of activities of the ministries and departments in these spheres are determined.
At the same time, transformation within administrative reforms of number of republican executive bodies requires entering of corresponding changes into legal acts for refining in them official names of these bodies.
About the administrative responsibility and other laws are made by this Law to the Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan the changes providing refining of names and powers of Committee of veterinary science and development of livestock production, the Agency on quarantine and protection of plants and Inspectorate for control of agro-industrial complex under the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Uzbekistan, Inspectorate for control of safety of objects of water economy and water use under the Ministry of water economy of the Republic of Uzbekistan, and also Agency of defense industry under the Ministry of Defence of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
This Law will serve forming of complete system of republican executive bodies in agrarian and defense and industrial spheres.
