Art. 1. – Proclaim public usefulness of the works on construction of Leov Highway R34.4 having national value – border with Romania and Item of crossing of frontier with the accompanying infrastructure.

Art. 2. – In departure from part provisions (1) article 11 of the Law on fund of the natural territories protected by the state, No. 1538/1998 withdraws 8 hectares of the lands of the territory of multipurpose use (inundated meadow with marshy vegetation) located in the floodplain of the Prut River to the northwest from Leov's city, for construction of Leov Highway R34.4 – border with Romania and Item of crossing of frontier with the accompanying infrastructure.

Art. 3. – Withdrawal of the lands affected by works of national value on construction of Leov Highway R34.4 – border with Romania and Item of crossing of frontier with the accompanying infrastructure, is performed owing to this law, in departure from provisions of Articles 75 and 80 of the Land code No. 828/1991, and is final in case of the lands affected by the land works necessary for construction of Leov Highway R34.4 – border with Romania and the border crossing point with the accompanying infrastructure.

Art. 4. – In appendix 7 of the Law on fund of the natural territories protected by the state, No. 1538/1998 (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 1998, Art. No. 66-68, 442), with subsequent changes, 4 Sections "In) TYPICAL SITES of MEADOW VEGETATION" to make the following changes to line item:
