1. Item 1 of the order of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine of November 18, 2016 No. 3268/5 "About approval of forms of statements in the field of state registration of legal entities, physical persons - entrepreneurs and public forming", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on November 18, 2016 at No. 1500/29630, to add with the new subitem of the following content:
"10) Statement for state registration of accounting of shares of the legal entity in accounting system of shares (form 10).".
2. The forms of statements in the field of state registration of legal entities, physical persons entrepreneurs and public forming approved by the order of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine of November 18, 2016 No. 3268/5, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on November 18, 2016 at No. 1500/29630 (in edition of the order of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine from March 29, 2023 No. 1158/5), to add with new form 10 "Statement for state registration of accounting of shares of the legal entity in accounting system of shares" who is applied.
3. Determine that before implementation of technical capability of submission by Central Securities Depository of the statement for state registration of accounting of shares of the legal entity in accounting system of shares (form 10) electronically according to the legislation, registration actions are carried out taking into account the following:
