1. Bring in the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of April 28, 2008 No. 618 "About turnover of alcoholic beverages" the following changes:
1.1. in Item 1:

paragraphs the ninth, the fourteenth, fifteenth, eighteenth to exclude;
in paragraphs the twelfth, the thirteenth, sixteenth and seventeenth "vodka and alcoholic beverage products" shall be replaced with words words "alcoholic beverages (except for cognacs, brandy, cognac drinks, wines, wine drinks, Calvados)";
1.2. in the name of sample of excise stamp format 65 x 16 mm for the marking of the vodka and alcoholic beverage products poured in consumer packaging by reservoir to liter 0,25 inclusive, made in the territory of the Republic of Belarus and intended for the turnover in its territory approved by this resolution of the word "vodka and alcoholic beverage products" shall be replaced with words "alcoholic beverages (except for cognacs, brandy, cognac drinks, wines, wine drinks, Calvados)";
1.3. in the name of sample of excise stamp format 90 x 16 mm for marking of the vodka and alcoholic beverage products made in the territory of the Republic of Belarus and intended for the turnover in its territory approved by this resolution of the word "vodka and alcoholic beverage products" shall be replaced with words "alcoholic beverages (except for cognacs, brandy, cognac drinks, wines, wine drinks, Calvados)";
