About change of the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of December 29, 2015 No. 1102

1. Bring in the Regulations on procedure for issue of the passport of animal (herd) approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of December 29, 2015 No. 1102, the following changes:
state Items 3 and 4 in the following edition:
"3. For receipt of the passport of animal (herd) by the owner of animal (herd) it is represented to the employee of the Center determined by the Center for reception of applications about issue of passports of animal (herds) in the territory of the corresponding administrative and territorial unit (further - the worker), the statement in the form established by the Ministry of Agriculture and Food.
4. The worker registers the statement of the owner of animal (herd) and sends it to the Center.
Based on the statement of the owner of animal (herd) the Center performs information analysis about birth date and birth place, species, the breed, sex, the assigned identification number of animal (herd) containing in the state information system in the field of identification, registration, traceability of animal (herds), identification and traceability of animal products, and also information on the owner of animal (herd).";
add the Provision with Item 5 of the following content:
"5. The passport of animal (herd) is issued in time, established by the legislation on ministerial procedures, signed by the head or person authorized by it and makes sure seal of the Center.
Effective period of the passport of animal (herd) - one year from the date of its issue.";

"6. The passport of animal (herd) is issued by the Center to the owner of animal (herd) or goes by mail.".
