About modification the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About power industry"
Millie Majlis of the Azerbaijan Republic, being guided by Item 11 of part I of article 94 of the Constitution of the Azerbaijan Republic, decides:
Article 1. The law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About power industry" (Collection of Legal acts of the Azerbaijan Republic, 2023, No. 5, Article 623) to add with Article 20.4 of the following content:
"20.4. Connection to power network of construction objects which according to the Town-planning and Construction Code of the Azerbaijan Republic require the construction license, but are constructed or are under construction without receipt of such permission and also to which the notifying procedure is applied, but are constructed or stipulated in Article 80.4 of this Code are under construction without the basis for construction works, it is forbidden.".
Article 2. This Law becomes effective since January 1, 2024.
