About modification and amendments in the Code of health care of the Republic of Tajikistan

Article 1. Bring in the Code of health care of the Republic of Tajikistan of May 30, 2017 (Akhbori of Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan, 2017, No. 5, h 1, Art. 270; 2021, Art. No. 1-2, 12) following changes and amendments:

1. In Article 1:

- from the paragraph of the seventh word "by means of the pharmaceutical companies or through their representations," and "specialists of health sector" to exclude and after the word "execution" to add with the word "them";

- add with the paragraph the ninety seventh the following content:

"-medical activities - professional activity on delivery of health care, conducting medical examinations, medical examinations and medical surveys, sanitary and anti-epidemic (preventive) actions and the professional activity connected with transplantation (change) of bodies and (or) fabrics, the address of donor blood and (or) its components in the medical purposes;".

2. Article 6 in paragraph three to replace the word "projects" with the word "project".

4. In Article 48:

- part 2 in paragraph eight to replace sign of point with sign of semicolon ";";

- add with the paragraph the ninth the following content:

"-recommend acquisition of drugs from specific drugstore.".
