About modification and amendments in the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "About subsistence minimum"

Article 1. Bring in the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "About subsistence minimum" of May 19, 2009 (Akhbori of Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan, 2009, No. 5. Art. 328) following changes and amendments:

1. To state preamble of the Law in the following edition:

"This Law determines legal, organizational and economic basis of determination of subsistence minimum, accounting treatment and rendering the government public assistance to citizens, and also implementation of other measures of social protection of the population in the Republic of Tajikistan.".

2. To add the paragraph of the seventh Article 1 after the word "needy" with the words "citizens (families)".

3. In Article 3:

- third after the word "needy" to add the paragraph with words to "citizens (families)";

- add with the paragraph third the following content:

"-forming of the government budget;".

4. To state the name of Article 5 in the following edition:

"Article 5. Structure of consumer goods basket".

5. In the name of Article 6 to replace the word "review" with the word "recalculation".

6. In Article 7:

- to state the name of Article in the following edition:

"Article 7. Frequency and rules of calculation of size of subsistence minimum";

- state part 2 in the following edition:

"2. The size of subsistence minimum, the rule of calculation, and frequency of its recalculation are determined by the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan.".

Article 2. Procedure for enforcement of this Law

Enact this Law after its official publication.
