Article 1. Bring in the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "About the higher and postgraduate professional education" of May 19, 2009 (Akhbori of Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan, 2009, No. 5, Art. 338; 2014, No. 7 of h 2, Art. 423; 2016, No. 7, Art. 628; 2017, No. 7-9, of Art. 584; 2018, No. 5, Art. 280; 2021, No. 12, h 2, Art. 709) following amendments:

1. Add Article 2 with the paragraph thirty third the following content:

2. In Article 9:
