Article 1. Bring in the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "About education" of July 22, 2013 (Akhbori of Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan, 2013, No. 7, Art. 532; 2014, No. 3, Art. 156, No. 7, h 2, Art. 422; 2016, No. 3, Art. 148, No. 7, Art. 624; 2017, No. 7-9, of Art. 581; 2018, No. 5, Art. 278; 2020, No. 12, Art. 912; 2021, No. 12, h 2, Art. 706; 2022, No. 7, Art. 447) following amendments:

1. Add Article 1 with the paragraph the forty second the following content:
