Article 1. Bring in the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "About legal profession and lawyer activities" of January 7, 2015 (Akhbori of Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan, 2015, No. 3, the Art. 204, No. 11, Art. 958; 2016, No. 5, Art. 362; 2017, No. 1-2, of Art. 14; 2020, Art. No. 7-9, 610) following changes and amendments:
1. Add with article 9 (1) the following content:
"Article 9 (1). Lawyer request
1. For the purpose of rendering legal assistance the lawyer makes inquiry in relevant organs.
2. In request shall be entered surname, name, the lawyer's middle name, documents, written or oral information and the address of person necessary for it, reply to the request will be sent to lump.
3. The refusal of provision of information is possible only in the cases provided by the law.".
2. Regarding 1 Article 10:
- the fifth to state the paragraph in the following edition:
"-monthly to pay funds for needs of the Union of lawyers in the form of the membership fee;";
