About change of the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of July 20, 2006 No. 909
Based on part three of article 3 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of January 9, 2006 "About single state system of registration and accounting of offenses" the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: No. 94-Z
1. Bring in the Regulations on procedure for functioning of single state system of registration and accounting of offenses approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of July 20, 2006 No. 909, the following changes:
1.1. state Item 56 in the following edition:
"56. Details of registration card of form 3 are filled as follows:
details 13 and 14 at the same time are not filled;
the detail 15 is filled in case of crime execution by person having not removed or unspent conviction at the time of its making and (or) concerning which preventive accounting (individual scheduled maintenance), with reflection of the criminological characteristic of person at the time of crime execution was performed: recurrence availability, including dangerous, especially dangerous, unexpired punishment, control (observations) of behavior of person, including preventive accounting (individual scheduled maintenance);
in detail 20 data on body (division) exercising control (observation) of behavior of person at the time of crime execution are fixed;
in detail 21 data on the criminal prosecution authority which directly identified person who committed crime are specified including if this person is identified before implementation of legal proceedings;
details 13, 15-20 and 22 can have several values.
In case of crime execution by several persons of value of details 15, 20 are specified on set of signs of the criminological characteristic of each person who made it.";
