The specified expenses consist of patent and other fees, and also costs including the sums of money which are subject to payment to experts, specialists and translators, expenses on payment reasonably of services of the patent agents, lawyers and other persons giving legal aid (representatives), and other expenses incurred in connection with consideration of dispute. If by results of consideration of dispute the decision on partial satisfaction of requirements is made, expenses are subject to compensation the party of dispute in proportion to amount of the met requirements.".
