Article 1

Bring in part one of article 236 of the Labor Code of the Russian Federation (The Russian Federation Code, 2002, No. 1, Art. 3; 2016, to No. 27, the Art. 4205) change, having stated it in the following edition:

"In case of violation of fixed term by the employer according to salary payment, leave allowance, payments in case of dismissal and (or) other payments which are due to the worker, the employer shall pay them with interest payment (monetary compensation) at a rate of not less than the one hundred fiftieth key interest rate of the Central bank of the Russian Federation operating at this time from the amounts added, but not paid in time and (or) the amounts which are not added timely if the worker's right to receipt of not added amounts, for each day of delay since the day following behind day in which these amounts shall be paid in case of their timely charge according to the labor law and other regulatory legal acts containing regulations of labor right, the collective agreement, the agreement, the local regulation, the employment contract till day of the actual calculation inclusive was recognized as the judgment which took legal effect. In case of incomplete payment at the scheduled time of the salary and (or) other payments which are due to the worker, the size of percent (monetary compensation) is estimated from the amounts which are actually not paid in time.".

This Federal Law becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
