1. Make changes to the following resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus:

1.1. in the Instruction about procedure for accreditation of legal entities (individual entrepreneurs) on rendering services in the field of the labor protection approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of January 16, 2014 No. 28:

in Item 5:

the paragraph one of part one to state in the following edition:

"5. For accreditation interested persons represent in writing (the courier (courier), by means of mail service) or electronic form by means of the single portal of electronic services of the nation-wide automated information system (further – OAIS) to the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection the application signed by the head of the legal entity (individual entrepreneur) and also the following documents:";
