1. Bring in the Procedure for the direction and fulfillment of requirements on restriction of access on (c) the territories of Ukraine to the website or its part, No. approved by the decision of the Commission on regulation of gamblings and lotteries of August 30, 2021 521, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on September 20, 2021 at No. 1230/36852, the following changes:

1) in Item 1:

replace the word "procedure" with the word "mechanism";

add Item after the words "on which technical means" with the words "the website or its part with which use is placed";

Item 2 to state 2) in the following edition:

"2. This Procedure is developed according to the Law of Ukraine "About state regulation of activities for the organization and carrying out gamblings" (further - the Law), the Law of Ukraine "About prevention and counteraction of legalization (washing) of income gained in the criminal way, to financing of terrorism and financing of distribution of weapons of mass destruction", by the Law of Ukraine "About fight against terrorism".";
