About recognition voided resolutions of Board of National Bank of the Republic of Belarus
Based on part one of article 39 of the Bank code of the Republic of Belarus the Board of National Bank of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:
the resolution of Board of National Bank of the Republic of Belarus of March 29, 2018 No. 149 "About approval of the Instruction about procedure for provision of money in the form of the credit and their return (repayment)";
the resolution of Board of National Bank of the Republic of Belarus of October 19, 2018 No. 477 "About modification and amendments in the Instruction about procedure for provision of money in the form of the credit and their return (repayment)";
the resolution of Board of National Bank of the Republic of Belarus of March 31, 2020 No. 99 "About change of the resolution of Board of National Bank of the Republic of Belarus of March 29, 2018 No. 149".
2. This resolution becomes effective since January 15, 2024.
