About modification of the Decision of Board of the Eurasian economic commission of December 2, 2013 No. 283

According to Items 7 and 44of the Regulations on the Eurasian economic commission (appendix №1 to the Agreement on the Eurasian Economic Union of May 29, 2014) the Board of the Eurasian economic commission decided:

1. Bring in the Decision of Board of the Eurasian economic commission of December 2, 2013 No. 283 "About creation of the Advisory committee on interaction of monitoring bodies on customs border of the Eurasian Economic Union, modification of the Regulations on the Advisory committee on customs regulation and recognition voided some decisions of the Commission of the Customs union" the following changes:

a) Items 3 - 5 to recognize invalid;

b) Item 2 of the Regulations on the Advisory committee on interaction of monitoring bodies on customs border of the Eurasian Economic Union approved by the specified Decision to state in the following edition:

"2. About 2 representatives from each monitoring body at the level of heads and deputy managers of these bodies or their structural divisions are part of Committee (further - members of the committee).

For forming of structure of Committee the Board of the Commission requests from state members of the offer on candidates of members of the committee.

According to offers of state members of Committee representatives of business community (no more than 2 representatives from state member), scientific and public organizations, other independent experts can be included.

State members timely inform Board of the Commission on need of replacement of members of the committee, and also represent offers on modification of its structure.

The structure of Committee affirms the order of Board of the Commission.";

c) in the list of executive bodies of state members of the Eurasian Economic Union which authorized representatives are included the Advisory committee on interaction of monitoring bodies on customs border of the Eurasian Economic Union, approved by the specified Decision:
