For the purpose of further increase in efficiency of activities of the state company "Bishkek Forming Plant" and Dastan MNC open joint stock company, according to articles 13, of the 17th constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:
1. To transfer to the Ministry of Economy and Trade of the Kyrgyz Republic the state company "Bishkek Forming Plant" (further - the state company) to maintaining the Ministry of Defence of the Kyrgyz Republic.
2. Transfer functions on realization of powers of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic on performance as the shareholder (participant) in Dastan MNC open joint stock company from the Ministry of digital development of the Kyrgyz Republic in the Ministry of Defence of the Kyrgyz Republic.
3. Bring in the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About questions of the Ministry of Defence of the Kyrgyz Republic" of March 9, 2021 No. 84 the following changes:
in Regulations on the Ministry of Defence of the Kyrgyz Republic approved by the above-stated resolution:
- add Item 6 with subitem 56-1 of the following content:
"56-1) according to the decision of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic implementation of powers of the shareholder (participant) in economic societies in which there are stocks (shares) in the authorized capital owned by the state;";
- add Item 10 with subitem 23-1 of the following content:
"23-1) makes offers on candidates for election in governing bodies of economic societies in which acts as the shareholder (participant) on behalf of the state;".
