About modification of the Order of the Government of the Russian Federation of August 13, 2018 No. 937

1. Approve the enclosed changes which are made to the Rules of technological functioning of electric utility systems approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of August 13, 2018 No. 937 "About approval of Rules of technological functioning of electric utility systems and about introduction of amendments to some acts of the Government of the Russian Federation" (The Russian Federation Code, 2018, No. 34, Art. 5483; 2023, No. 24, Art. 4338).
2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its official publication.

1. Add Item 6 with the paragraph of the following content:
"In case of accession to technologically isolated territorial electric utility system of the power generation facilities working together with the power generation facilities which are part of technologically isolated territorial electric utility system and specified in appendix No. 1(1) to these rules, such attached power generation facilities are recognized being part of technologically isolated territorial electric utility system irrespective of lack of specifying on them in the list of technologically isolated territorial electric utility systems given in appendix No. 1(1) to these rules.".
2. Appendix No. 1(1) to the specified Rules to state in the following edition:
"Appendix No. 1(1)
to Rules of technological functioning of electric utility systems
(in edition of the Order of the Government of the Russian Federation of January 31, 2024 No. 84)
