About modification of some orders of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic concerning implementation of transport control at check points on frontier and on highways of the Kyrgyz Republic

For the purpose of ensuring accomplishment of the international obligations of the Kyrgyz Republic within the Eurasian Economic Union regarding execution of regulations of the Procedure of transport (automobile) control on external border of the Eurasian Economic Union approved by the Agreement on the Eurasian Economic Union of May 29, 2014 according to articles 13, of the 17th constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:

1. Bring in the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About measures for streamlining of functioning of the check points through frontier of the Kyrgyz Republic intended for the international automobile, air and railway service, and internal stationary posts on highways of the Kyrgyz Republic" of November 19, 2007 to No. 556 the following changes:

1) in the List of check points on the Kyrgyz-Kazakhstan frontier approved by the above-stated resolution:

- add with the note of the following content:

"Note: the authorized state body in the field of transport exercises transport control in the territory of the Kyrgyz Republic near frontier.";

2) in the List of internal stationary posts on highways of the Kyrgyz Republic approved by the above-stated resolution:
