Make the following changes to "The rule of determination, calculation, recalculation, transfer from one type into other type and payments of work pensions", approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic of April 28, 2022 No. 175 (Collection of Legal acts of the Azerbaijan Republic, 2022, No. 175). 4 Articles 421)":
1. According to subitem 2.2.2:
1.1. In the paragraph the second words of "limitation of opportunities of health till 18 years" to replace with the word "disability";
1.2. In paragraph three of the word "with limited opportunities of health" shall be replaced with words "with the established disability".
2. According to subitem 2.2.3:
2.1. After the word of "child" in the second paragraph to add with the words "or his child with the established disability" and to replace the words "education" in this paragraph with the word "growth";
2.2. Add with the paragraph the fifth the following content:
