For the purpose of ensuring execution of the Presidential decree of the Azerbaijan Republic of December 15, 2022 with No. 1902 "About modification of Presidential decrees of the Azerbaijan Republic of March 6, 2006 No. 377 "About application of the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About introduction of amendments to the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About work pensions" of November 5, 2022 No. 627-VIQD and about application of the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About work pensions", the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic decides:

1. Make the following changes to "The rule of determination, calculation, recalculation, transfer from one type into other type and payments of work pensions", approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic of April 28, 2022 No. 175 (Collection of Legal acts of the Azerbaijan Republic, 2022, No. 4, Article 421; 2023, No. 2, Article 315; Resolution No. 2, Article 315).

1.1. To exclude the words "taking into account Item 1.2 of these rules" from Item 1.1;

1.2. Items 1. 6.2, subitems 6.1.3 and 6.1.5 to exclude 2,;
