According to article 45 of the Town-planning code of the Russian Federation the Government of the Russian Federation decides:
1. Approve the enclosed Rules of preparation of documentation on the layout of the territory which preparation is performed based on solutions of authorized federal executive bodies, executive bodies of subjects of the Russian Federation and local government bodies, decision making about approval of documentation on the layout of the territory, modification of such documentation, cancellations of such documentation or its separate parts, recognitions of separate parts of such documentation not subject to application, and also preparation and approval of the site planning of the territory concerning the territories of historical settlements of federal and regional importance.
2. Recognize invalid acts and separate provisions of acts of the Government of the Russian Federation according to the list according to appendix.
3. This resolution becomes effective since September 1, 2024 and is effective till August 31, 2030.
