"14. The citizens of foreign states arriving to the Kyrgyz Republic through the check point at the international airport "Manas" can stay in visa-free regime for up to 7 days in the presence of the voucher nominal at least 500 (five hundred) US dollars and the return air ticket to the country of nationality or to the third country with the right of repeated entrance in visa-free procedure after 21 days from the date of departure from the Kyrgyz Republic.
The voucher can be acquired on arrival at the international airport "Manas".
The list of foreign states which citizens have possibility of entrance on visa-free regime in the presence of the voucher affirms the joint order of authorized state bodies in the field of foreign policy, on realization of state policy in the field of tourism and homeland security.".
