About modification of Item 32 of subsection 2 of the Section XX "Transitional provisions" of the Tax code of Ukraine concerning features of import to customs area of Ukraine of goods for needs of safety and defense

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

1. Bring in Item 32 of subsection 2 of the Section XX "Transitional provisions" of the Tax code of Ukraine (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2011, Art. No. No. 13-17, 112) such changes:

Subitem 4 to add 1) with the subitem "m" of the following content:

"l) 8526 10 00 90";

The subitem 5 after the paragraph of the tenth to add 2) with the new paragraph of the following content:

"the radar devices classified in commodity subcategory 8526 10 00 90 according to UKT foreign trade activities".

With respect thereto the eleventh and twelfth to consider paragraphs respectively paragraphs the twelfth and thirteenth.
