About introduction of amendments to articles 131 and 132 of the Code of penal procedure of the Russian Federation

Article 1

Bring in the Code of penal procedure of the Russian Federation (The Russian Federation Code, 2001, No. 52, Art. 4921; 2006, No. 10, Art. 1070; 2010, No. 11, Art. 1169; 2013, No. 23, Art. 2880; No. 52, Art. 6997; 2015, No. 1, Art. 47; 2016, No. 1, Art. 57; 2021, No. 18, Art. 3055; 2022, No. 24, Art. 3941) following changes:

1) in Article 131:

a) in part one of the word "with criminal proceeding" shall be replaced with words "with criminal trial";

b) in part two:

in Item 1 of the word "in criminal case" shall be replaced with words "in criminal trial";

in Item 9 of the word "criminal proceedings" shall be replaced with words "criminal trial";

Shall be replaced with words 2) in part three of Article 132 of the word "in criminal case" "in criminal trial".

Article 2

This Federal Law becomes effective after ninety days after day of its official publication.
